Guest-expert talk for ARCH.DESIGN's clients and prospects on the perception of noise in the workplace. Three observations at the heart of the exchange: the perception of noise is personal and cannot be reduced to a standardised acoustic measurement; treating acoustics alone is not enough to resolve perceived annoyance; and the sonic dimension must be considered by uses and profiles from the earliest phases of a fit-out project.
